Return Policy/Local Pick Up

Online Merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition. Tags and receipt must be presented when exchanging in store. All sales are final for custom orders, preorders through our Facebook VIP group, accessories and home goods. All sales are final on clearance items, custom items, accessories and home goods. We are not responsible for return shipping. 

In Store Merchandise- you must have receipt to be eligible for store credit. Items must be unworn, tagged, no stains, tears, scents and unwashed. Items must be returned 7 days after purchase to receive store credit in the form of a gift card or an even exchange. All sales are final on clearance items, custom items, accessories and home goods.

Local Pick Up- All items purchased for pick up(preorder and in store) will need to be picked up no later than 10 days after pick up notifications are sent. All items not picked up after 10 days will be refunded minus a 20% restock fee. Refunds will be sent the same way they purchased. This will be the only time refunds are issued.
