Return Policy/Local Pick Up

Online Merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition. Tags and receipt must be presented when exchanging in store. All sales are final for custom orders, preorders through our Facebook VIP group, accessories and home goods. All sales are final on clearance items, custom items, accessories and home goods. We are not responsible for return shipping. All sales are final for preorders.

Local Pick Up- All items purchased for pick up will need to be picked up no later than 10 days after pick up notifications are sent. All items not picked up after 10 days will be placed in our warehouse for 1 week. If we have not received a response after 1 week, items are donated and no refund will be issued.
